IID designed and delivered equipment and machine for kalibar's Nepheline Syenite in Azarbaijan on turn-key basis with the capacity of 20,000 t/y. Siemens, Cemag, Elin and Cemtech were the foreign suppliers. This plant was commissioned in 2002.
Iran China clay plant (Marand Kaolin cleaner)
On turn-key basis IID was the designer and supplier of equipment and machine of Iran China Clay plant with the capacity of 75,000 t/y in Marand, Azarbaijan. This plant was commissioned in 1995.
Dir godaz Refractory plant (Gonabad Firebrick)
IID was industrial and civil consulting engineer for Gonabad Refractory with the capacity of 10,000 t/y in Khorasan. The plant was commissioned in 1992.
Yazd Special steel complex
IID designed and delivered bag filters with the capacity of 80,000 m³/h for the lime plant of this steel production factory in Yazd. This plant was commissioned in 1998.
IID designed and delivered bag filters with the capacity of 20,000 m³/h for the filtration of gases in Mashhad refractory in Khorasan. This plant was commissioned in 1986.
Iran Carbide (Saveh Carbide)
IID designed and supplied baghouse with the capacity of 110,000 m³/h for the filtration and purification of gases in the Carbide production plant in Saveh, Tehran. This plant has a capacity of 10,000 t/y and was commissioned in 1982.
Iran Refractory Plant( Irefco)
On turn-key basis, IID designed and commissioned this 70 t/d fire-clay plant in Mobarakeh, Isfahan in 1982. Siemens, Fender, Thyssen and Schenck from Germany were the supplier of equipment.
IID designed and supplied equipment for Mashhad Glaze with the capacity of 3,000 t/y in Khorasan. This plant was commissioned in 1982.
Turkmenistan China Clay plant
IID Consulted this 20,000 t/y project in Turkmenistan on turn-key basis. Major part of equipment were supplied by Siemens, Shenck and Arzner from Germany, Skoda, PSP from Chekoslovakia and Elin from Austria. The plant was commissioned in 1996.
Semnan Industrial Powder plant
IID designed and supplied equipment for Micronized Powder plant with the capacity of 6,000 t/y in Semnan. This plant was commissioned in 1996.
Magnesium Oxide-Qom lake
The feasibility study of 50,000 t/y extraction of high quality dead-burned magnesia from saltwater of Qom lake was studied and investigated jointly by IID and Marez from Austria. The tender document was prepared by IID. The project is awaiting to be invested by interested party in year 2015.
Qom Salt Lake
Iran Phosphate plant
IID was consulting engineer in Iran Phosphate project. The capacity of this plant is 400,000 t/y and is located in Semnan region. Production line's equipment were supplied by British companies, Svedala and Kverner process Technology. The plant was commissioned in 1992.
IID designed and delivered part of the equipment and machines for 47,000 t/y production of Dead Burned Magnesia for Iranian Refractories Company in Birjand, khorasan. Some of the equipment were supplied by Siemens, Venti Olde, Renk Tacke from Germany and Alarkoy from Turkey. The plant was put in to operation in 1994.
