Arta Ardebil Cement Co. (AACC)
IID consulted AACC for geology investigation & site selection of a 2,300 t/d plant in Ardabil region in 1984. In 2000, IID again was nominated for providing full turn-key engineering design and supervision of erection for replacing their Electro precipitator (EP) with a bag-house and also replacing water with fresh air for cooling of exit gases, due to shortage of water in the region and environmental concern. To save energy, IID also delivered the equipment for replacing of air lift with elevator for raw- mill silo. This project is expected to be commissioned in 1st quarter of 2016.
Margoon Cement Co.(MCC)
IID is acting as consultant on full turn- key engineering, design, Contract management and also supply of equipment for this 3,400 t/d cement project in the region of Kohkiluye. Several international companies including Hazemag, PFEIFFER, KHD, IBAU, Haver & Boecker, Siemens from Germany, Cemtech and Elin from Austria and Bedeschi from Italy and local suppliers assist IID for the completion of this plant. Commissioning is expected in year 2016.
Kavir Kashan Co.(KKCC)
IID consulted KKCC for geology investigation & site selection for 2,000 t/d cement plant in Isfahan region. Several years later, in 2003, IID was nominated again for providing full turn-key engineering, design and construction services for this plant. Several international companies including Polysius, Pfeiffer, IBAU, Haver &Boecker and Siemens, Elin & Unitherm from Austria and PSP from Czech co-operated with IID for the completion of this plant. The project was commissioned in 2007.
Kiasar Cement Co.(KCIC)
This 2000 t/d cement project was Implemented by IID on turn-key basis in Mazandaran region. For foreign parts, several international companies including KHD, Polysius, Pfeiffer, IBAU, Haver &Boecker and Siemens, Elin & Unitherm from Austria and PSP from Czech participated with IID for the completion of this plant. The plant was commissioned in year 2014.
Dehrolan Cement Co. (DCC)
IID was nominated as consulting engineer to prepare international tender document for selection of foreign equipment, detail design of local parts. Supervision of local supply and erection of equipment were under IID scope of work for this 3,400 t/d plant.
Hazemag, Loesche, CPAG, IKN, Aumund, Haver & Boecker and Elpro from Germany participated with local suppliers for the completion of this plant. Commissioning of clinker grinding plant and packing took place in 2013 and remaining is pending due to slow down of market.
Bohrouk Yazd Cement Co.(BYCC)
This plant was not in operation due to various technical problems. IID participated as consultant engineer to correct and modify Bohrouk cement plant.
Several multinational companies like KHD, IBAU, Haver & Boecker and Siemens cooperated with the client and IID in this respect. This 4,000 t/d was commissioned in 2012.
Gilan Sabz Cement Co. (GSCC)
IID consulted this company for geology investigation and site selection. Detail design and supervision of local- manufactured parts and erection of equipment and machines & also commissioning were under IID scope of works for this 3,400 t/d plant.
TKF, Pfeiffer, IBAU, Polysius, Aumund, Haver & Boecker from Germany and ABB from Switzerland participating with local suppliers joined IID in implementation of this project. Commissioning took place in 2012.
Neyzar Qom Cement Co. (NQCC)
IID acted as consultant engineer on turn- key basis. Delivered engineering, Contract management plus supervision on local manufacturing, erection and commissioning of this 3,400 t/d cement project in the region of Qom were included in IID's services. Several international companies including Hazemag, PFEIFFER, Polysius, IBAU, Haver & Boecker, Siemens from Germany and Elin from Austria participating with local suppliers for the completion of this plant. Commissioning took place in year 2011.
Nahavand Cement Co.(NCC)
IID acted as consulting engineer for geology investigation, site selection and selection of the foreign and local equipment and machine's suppliers. IID also supervised the fabrication of local parts, erection and commissioning of this 3,400 t/d cement project.
TKF, Loesche, IBAU, FLS, Aumund, Haver & Boecker from Germany and ABB from Switzerland and local suppliers participated in the completion of this plant. Commissioning was in year 2011.
Peyvand Golestan Cement Co. (PGCC)
IID provided full turn- key engineering services as well as supervision on local manufacturing, erection and commissioning for this 3,400 t/d cement project in the region of Golestan in Caspian sea area. several international companies including TKF, PFEIFFER & Loesche, FLS, Aumund, IBAU, Haver & Boecker, Siemens from Germany and Elin from Austria participating with local suppliers completed this plan which was commissioned in 2011.
Ekbatan White Cement Co.(EKCC)
IID consulted geology investigation & site selection for a 500 t/d gray clinker plant in Hamadan region. Later, IID again was nominated for providing full turn-key engineering services for the execution of this project. several international companies including PSP from Czech, IBAU, Flender and Siemens from Germany, Elin from Austria participated with IID for the completion of this plant.
This plant was commissioned in 1996 and years later the plant was converted to production of white cement by IID in 2011.
Lar Sabzevar Cement Co. (LSCC)
IID consulted LSCC geology investigation & site selection for this cement plant with capacity of 3400 t/d in Khorasan region. Later, IID was selected for providing full turn-key engineering design and all construction work, equipment delivery, erection and commissioning of this plant in September 2004. Several international companies including TKF, Pfeiffer, Polysius, Aumund, IBAU, Haver &Boecker and from Germany, Siemens-Elin from Austria joined IID in completing this project. This plant was commissioned in 2008.
Tehran Cement Co.(TCC)
IID was nominated as consulting engineer to prepare international tender document for the selection of foreign equipment supplier for this 3,400 t/d plant. Detail design plus supervision of local parts fabrication, erection & commissioning of the plant were under IID scope of work.
TKF, PFEIFFER, IBAU, Aumund from Germany and ABB from Switzerland participated with local suppliers for the completion of this plant. Commissioning was done in 2006.This plant replaced 2 other small size kilns.
Shomal Cement Co.(SCC)
IID acted as consulting engineer in supervising of construction work, local manufacturing parts, erection & commissioning for upgrading and increasing its capacity from 2,000 t/d to 4,000 t/d for this plant. Cemag IKN, Loesche from Germany and Elin from Austria participated with local suppliers for the completion of this plant. It was commissioned in 2005.
Faraz Firouzkuh Cement Co.(FFCC)
IID acted as consulting engineer in supervising of construction work, local manufacturing parts, erection & commissioning for upgrading of this plant and increasing its capacity from 2,000 t/d to 4,000 t/d. Cemag IKN, Loesche from Germany and Elin from Austria participated with local suppliers for the completion of this plant. It was commissioned in 2005.
Kerman cement Co.(KCC)
IID acted as consulting engineer to study the feasibility of upgrading the existing plants. This is an ongoing project and it is expected to have the decision of the board by beginning of 2016. The existing unit has 300 t/d, 1,000 t/d and 2,000 t/d line.
Dashtestan Cement Co.
Site selection was done by IID. Later on IID was nominated as consulting engineer to prepare international tender document for selection of foreign equipment. Beside IID prepared the detail design for local manufacturing items, supervised on local manufacturing, erection and commissioning of this 3,400 t/d cement project.
TKF, FLS, IBAU, Aumund from Germany and Iran Switch along with Siemens participated with local suppliers for the completion of this plant. Commissioning of the plant was in year 1994.
Khash Cement Co.
IID was nominated as consulting engineer for geology investigation, site selection and selection of the foreign and local suppliers. Beside IID prepared the detail design for local manufacturing items and supervised their fabrication, erection and commissioning of this 2,300 t/d cement project.
KHD, SKET, CPAG, MVT from Germany and Merlin Gerin from France were major suppliers. This plant was commissioned in 1994.
Abadeh Cement Co.
IID consulted this plant for geology investigation & site selection for a 500 t/d gray clinker in Hamadan region. Years later, IID again nominated for providing full turn-key engineering design and also turn-key contract basis for this plant. Several international companies including PSP from Czech, IBAU, Flender and Siemens from Germany, Elin from Austria participated with IID.
Kurdistan Cement Co.(Divandareh):
IID consulted Kurdistan Cement for preparation of international tender documents. This plant was commissioned in 1987.
Ilam Cement Co.
IID consulted this plant for geology investigation & Site selection. IID consulted Ilam Cement for preparation of international tender documents. This plant was commissioned in 1985.
Zanjan Cement co.
IID consulted Zanjan Cement co. for preparation of international tender documents for purchasing of clinker grinding unit on the basis of a 2nd hand ball mill purchased by the client from a cement producer in Europe. IID also prepared the process design as well as detail design for cement silo; this plant was commissioned in 1985.
