IID provides all design and planning services required for the implementation of a project.

Site documentation, Conceptual design, Permit application, detailed and tender design for general contractors and Construction design.

Procurement

Depending on the business area and client, IID provides different services covering the entire procurement process.

IID's services include:

Cost estimates, Elaboration of tender documents, Co-ordination of contract award procedures, Tender evaluation and contract award recommendation and assistance in contract negotiation.

Project management

IID has many years of experience in the preparation and execution of complex, interdisciplinary large-scale projects. Based on this experience IID performs project management tasks as prime consultant .

Within the framework of project management IID's services include : Definition of targets, Project organization, Quality management, Progress control (quantitative and qualitative), Project management (deadlines, processes and costs), Contract and claim management.

Project Construction

IID provides professional supervision of construction works for successful implementation of a project in terms of time, quality and cost. During this phase IID supports its customers by providing the following services:

Site construction supervision, Construction management, cost control and invoice approval process, Claims management, as-built documentation and project control.

Operation and maintenance

IID's services at the start of the operating phase include the following:

Coordination & supervision of commissioning, takeover and performance tests as well as start-up procedures, Acceptance test and pertinent certificates, Elaboration of operating and maintenance manuals and technical consultancy after start-up and plant operation.
