Lime & Gypsum

Alborz Lime

IID consulted Alborz lime Company for geology investigation & site selection. Later, IID provided full turn-key engineering services including design, construction work, equipment selection, erection and commissioning of this 2000t/d quicklime and hydrated lime plant in firozkoh-Tehran. In year 2014, IID was selected to modify the production line including changing the fuel from HFO to natural gas plus delivery of equipment for new hydrated lime line and a new packing house for this product.

AzarShahr Lime

This plant is located in Azarshahr in the region of East Azarbaijan. On turn-key basis, IID provided design, engineering, construction, equipment delivery, erection and commissioning for another 250 t/d parallel to the existing hydrated lime plant. The project has been commissioned in 2014.

Debal Lime

This 10,000 t/y plant is located in a sugar cane factory site in the region of khoozestan. On turn-key basis IID provided design, engineering  and delivery of a shaft kiln and equipment for collection of exhaust gases from chimney to be  mixed with milk lime for whitening of sugar. Erection of machines and equipment was completed under IID supervision and the plant was commissioned in 2000.

Amir kabir Lime

This 10,000 t/y plant is located in a sugar cane factory site in the province of khoozestan .On turn-key basis IID provided design, engineering  and delivery of a shaft kiln and equipment for collection of exhaust gases from chimney to be  mixed with milk lime for whitening of sugar. Erection of machines and equipment was completed under IID supervision and the plant was commissioned in 2006.

Jamab Lime

IID provided on turn-key basis all the design, engineering , construction management,  equipment delivery and supervision of their erection for this 100t/d in the region of khorasan. This plant was commissioned in 1992.

  Ahakan lime

IID provided know-how, detail engineering, design , equipment delivery, supervision of erection and commissioning of this 5t/h plant producing hydrated lime . In the Isfahan region. plant was commissioned in 1988.

Chenare lime

IID designed and supplied equipment of Chenareh lime with the capacity of 2500 t/d in Khuzestan. The plant was commissioned in 1989.

Bijar Gypsum

IID designed, engineered and delivered equipment for Bijar gypsum (using  two shaft Kilns) with the capacity of 500 t/d in Kurdistan. Erection and start-up were in the scope of the IID work  this plant was commissioned in 1994.

Yasuj Gypsum

On turn-key basis, IID designed, delivered equipment, implemented erection and start-up for Yasuj Gypsum plant with the capacity of 250 t/d in Yasuj. This plant was commissioned in 1992.

 Kashan Gypsum

Based on IID know-how and on turn-key basis, IID designed and delivered equipment and executed erection for Kashan Gypsum plant with the total capacity of 300 t/d in Kashan. The plant was commissioned in 1992.

Lar Gypsum Plant

IID designed, engineered delivered equipment and erected Lar Gypsum plant with the capacity of 150 t/d ,using shat kiln, in Lar, Shiraz. This plant was commissioned in 1990.

Damghan Gypsum

Using its own know-how, IID designed, engineered, delivered equipment and erected Damghan Gypsum  with the capacity of 250 t/d in Semnan region. This plant was commissioned in 1988.

Maybod Nuke Gypsum

Using its own know-how IID designed, engineered delivered equipment and erected Maybod Nuke Gypsum plant with the capacity of 75 t/d in Yazd region. This plant was commissioned in 1986.
